2.30pm -5.30pm
5.30pm- 8.30pm
Multiple time slots can be booked and availability can be seen when you click the book now link below. If you cannot see the time you want it has unfortunately already been booked.
Weekdays can be booked 5.30pm - 8.30pm
Each session is 3 hours and costs $95. Pack up and cleaning must be completed within your booked time as not to affect the next booking.

Take care of our space
Please take care of our space and leave it tidy and clean for the next group. This includes packing away all areas, emptying bins, vacuuming and mopping.
If the skip is full out the front please take home your rubbish.
Decorating

Please use hooks provided for decorating. We have recently repainted and greatly appreciate your care not to use sticky dots, sellotape and anything else that may damage the walls or require our volunteers to spend extra time cleaning.

Book multiple sessions and take the pressure off. $95 for 3 hours is excellent value and often parties book double sessions to give themselves plenty of time to set up and pack away as this must all be done within your booked time.
Conditions of Hire
- The Hirer must pay the venue hire fees prior to the party.
- The Hirer must leave the the venue in a clean and tidy condition, with all equipment and toys stored as found. The kitchen and toilet should both have the bins emptied, and dishes in the kitchen washed and placed back into the cupboards. The floors should be swept and, if needed, mopped.
- Damage to any Earlybirds Playgroup property must be paid for by any person/s who willfully and negligently caused such damage.
- Responsibility for dependent children and guests must be borne by the Hirer.
- There is strictly NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL permitted in any part of the venue at any time.
- Earlybirds Playgroup accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to the property of the Hirer or any third party. All personal belongings must be removed on the day of booking.
- The Hirer indemnifies and releases Earlybirds Playgroup from:
- Any accident, damage, loss or injury to any person or property arising from the use of the Earlybirds Playgroup Centre;
- Any loss, damage or costs suffered by Earlybirds Playgroup from any default or breach of this Agreement by the Hirer.
- If you need to cancel your party booking you must let us know by email at least 4 weeks before the event is to take place. Any requests received after this will not be refunded. Please email: earlybirdsplaygroup.events@gmail.com with your booking number and details.
